SHIPPING
Standard Ground is $6.95 for the first item and $4.00 for each item
thereafter. Express Delivery (Normally UPS, FEDEX or AIRBORNE 2nd
or 3rd Day Air) is $19.95 for the first item and $14.00 for each item
thereafter. Please note certain items and special orders which are
exceptionally heavy may have additional shipping charges and/or might
not be able to be shipped via Express.
RETURNS
We have a 14 day return policy. Please contact us via email - customerservice@tropicalartgifts.com
or by phone. We will issue an RMA, and instructions on how and where
to return the item. Upon receipt and verification of the returned
item with all orignal enclosures in the original packaging, we will
refund the total amount back to you less original shipping and handling.
Please note that certain items and special orders are subject to a
restocking fee. Your refund will be made in kind per your original
method of payment, (e.g. payment by check, refund by check, payment
by credit card, refund by credit card, payment by PayPal, refund by
PayPal, etc.) If you have any further questions,
comments, or suggestions about our return policy we would love to

CONFIRMATION
& DELIVERY
Online orders will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2pm MST are processed
that day, orders placed after 2pm might be processed on the following day. Items typically ship the
day of or the day following the initial order. Items shipped via standard shipping are typcially delivered
within 5 to 9 business days. Phone orders left on our voicemail will be returned within 24 hours. Please
note, certain items are special orders or made to order will be process and then subsequently shipped
when completed. If we are out of stock on a particular item, typically and are only a few days away
from production and it is still deliverable in the 5 to 9 business day range, standard delivery window,
we will complete production and ship. However, if a long delay is anticipated, we contact our customer
to let them know and get approval before processing the order and / or contact the customer to provided
suggested substitutions.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information obtained such as address, name, phone numbers and email addresses will never be shared with
third party vendors. We use this information strictly for our internal use only.
